Shortcut setup
  1. Create a Shortcut that accepts URLs from the Share Sheet.
  2. Ask for minutes and choose a format. Imported entries start unranked.
  3. Add Get Contents of URL, use the endpoint above, choose POST, and add an Authorization header with Bearer your-import-key.
  4. Use a JSON request body with title, url, source, duration, format, date, and notes.
